About the job:

PDI is seeking a Senior Manager, C-Store Essentials Operations to join our C-Store Essentials team working in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment leveraging proprietary technology that unlocks convenience for convenience retailers. C-Store Essentials provides convenience retailers with tools to easily operate their stores and attract more customers by providing customer loyalty programs, financial and employee management, back-office operations, and strategies to increase revenue. The candidate will be able to lead a diverse team of client-facing implementation managers and support personnel with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to make an impact.

What you need:

  • Bachelors' degree in a business, marketing, technical or related field plus 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably in retail or CPG industry
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, diverse teams with varying skillsets
  • Proven superb written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving in a technical environment
  • Phenomenal organizational skills and one who naturally thrives in a multi-tasking environment with the ability to effectively manage priorities and teams with little to no oversight
  • Experience with data management and/or CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong team player with an opportunistic and self-starting mindset
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

What you'll do:

The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee the end-to-end operations of the PDI C-Store Essentials product including customer onboarding, training, managing customer license upgrades, recommending product and process improvements, and overseeing ongoing customer support.

  • Lead all C-Store Essentials initiatives, projects, and team members within operations and customer support; manage a portfolio of customers ranging from major oil brands to single-site operators.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes across the C-Store Essentials team that facilitate efficient onboarding and ongoing support of customers.
  • Using client feedback, work with the broader C-Store Essentials Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve both product offerings and the client experience. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish roadmap priorities and facilitate communication with team members and customers.
  • Report out to the business and senior stakeholders the status of all new projects, opportunities, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive adoption and usage of the C-Store Essentials platform through client training, ongoing engagement with multiple contacts within an organization, effective communication, and relationship building.
