INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST




Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a 5th BC/BE fellowship trained Interventional Cardiologist to be a member of our growing Cardiovascular Services team of 8 cardiologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers at our Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - College Station, Texas.

We offer a collegial environment with an interesting and challenging patient mix. Academic appointment through the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine may also be available. Duties include:



  • STEMI call (1:4)
  • Diagnostic cardiac cath
  • Peripheral angiography
  • PCI and peripheral interventions
  • Growing structural heart program with TAVR and Watchman

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – College Station is a five-story, 135-bed hospital on a 98-acre campus near the intersection of Texas Highway 6 and Rock Prairie Road. A care clinic operates adjacent to the hospital. The medical center is designated a certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center, a certified Chest Pain Center, and a Level III Trauma Center. We are a community practice with a 16 bed ICU, two cath labs and 96 med surg beds.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine

- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board

- Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
