Description

GAI is an employee-owned engineering and environmental consulting firm. We are seeking a CEI Project Administrator for FDOT projects. This person will act as the day-to-day leader for the project team and develop and maintain client relationships and work out of our Orlando, Florida office.

Essential Duties:



  • Receives general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.
  • Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project.
  • Responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
  • Assist in marketing and business development efforts.


Job Qualifications



  • A Civil Engineering degree plus two (2) years of engineering experience in the construction of major road and bridge structures OR eight (8) years of responsible and related engineering experience, two (2) years of which involved the construction of major road or bridge structures.
  • CTQP Final Estimates Level II
  • CERTIFICATIONS: FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)
  • Attend CTQP Quality Control Manager Course and pass the examination.
