Job Description: Location(s): Address of the new site is: 380 Hills-Miller Rd, Delaware, OH 43015. Candidates may travel on occasion to the other sites, especially upon hire to complete trainings. Training and work will be at the three Columbus sites until May of 2023 (Columbus Carriage, Gahanna, Polaris). All candidates considered for this role must agree to travel/float between all fixed site locations in Central and Southern Ohio based on business demands. Why Choose Us? WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): When you join our team you will be utilizing your leadership & healthcare/customer service skills to support our fixed site operation teams. As a team lead/charge, you will coach, mentor, instruct, and be a point of resource for our blood collection staff while performing blood collection duties at our donor center.
