To provide technical support and guidance throughout the welding production process to ensure the company meets or exceeds customer product and service requirements. To maintain and improve welding machinery, practices, and materials as needed to support business growth and operational excellence. This position reports to the Quality & Production Engineering Manager.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISON: n/a *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. *WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in shop floor environment May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
