About the Role Reporting to the Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel, the Paralegal provides legal assistance to corporate attorneys and prepares and coordinates procedural documentation for general legal matters. This individual serves as the bridge between the internal business owner of a contracts and the legal department. This role is the first point of contact in the contract review process and manages the coordination of the entire process from the initial request, coordinating legal review, up through final execution. The Paralegal oversees and maintains the contract management system under the legal function. Responsibilities
