Registered Nurse 2: PACU Ortho / Neuro / Trauma & IR (Days) Requisition #: 614170 Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital Nursing, Baltimore, MD 21201 Category: Nursing Work Shift: Day Shift Work Week: Full Time Weekend Work Required: Yes Date Posted: Feb. 3, 2023 Position Title: RN 2: Neurosurgery/Trauma/Transplant/Orthopedic/Interventional Radiology Prep and PACU This Is Us: The Johns Hopkins Hospital's Zayed 3 Preoperative and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (Prep/PACU) is a 43-bed unit that provides services to patients undergoing surgery and interventional radiology procedures such as cervical decompression fixation/fusion, open reduction internal fixation, microvascular decompression, kidney transplant, craniectomy, cerebral arteriogram, Intercranial embolization, and transarterial chemoembolization. Our unit supports the care being provided in 14 operating rooms, 8 interventional radiology rooms, and 2 CT rooms. Our nursing team is comprised of autonomous, highly engaged, and expert professionals who are dedicated to deliver the highest quality of care and the ultimate experience to our patients! Shifts: 10 hour day shift (5:30 am - 4:00 pm) NO shift rotation. Minimal weekend and holiday on-call shifts. What Awaits You:
