The Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Acute Care Unit (Halsted 3/Osler 3). This unit features 22 individual rooms across 2 hallways designed to care for adult patients requiring acute medical intervention. H3O3 cares for patients with various respiratory diseases such as pulmonary hypertension, cystic fibrosis, and lung transplant patients. They also see patients with varying medical conditions like GI disorders, cardiac disease, and endocrine disorders. H3O3 is our newest unit in our Medicine Department and is a great unit to find your passion and grow as a nurse!

Shifts: Full Time 12 hour day/night rotating shifts or Day Shift. Every 3rd weekend,

Who Should Apply:
  • BSN/MSN preferred. Associated degree candidates encouraged to apply!
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
  • No RN work experience required - training will be provided!


All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

(Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)
