Job Summary

Hybrid role: Tues, Thurs - in the office in Atlanta, GA; Mon, Wed, Fri - remote

Primary responsibilities will include managing/building company dashboards in Qlikview/Qliksense, process improvement, building financial models, developing case studies, improving/creating various statistical measurement techniques and tools, and continuously improving processes to increase the capabilities and capacity of the team. This role will report to the Manager of Finance and Analytics.

Job Description
  • Developing internal dashboards by aggregating data, validating data, ensuring any issues found with data are resolved, and leading training sessions for our end-users
  • Gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data source types including databases, internal systems, flat files, external sources, etc.
  • Monthly reporting and presentations
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting for management and/or clients, including the tracking of key financial statistics and trends, combined account reporting, and top account analysis
  • Ability to explain technical concepts, business processes, concepts, challenges, and analytics-driven findings to key business partners
  • Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities
  • Manage and execute project work plans, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics, to provide high quality client service delivery
  • Analyze and communicate financial and operational data to internal finance team/clients for decision-making and strategic planning
  • Support in special projects based on the needs of our department
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics or other quantitative subject preferred. MBA or advanced degree favorable. 3+ years of previous work in finance or analytics required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Ability to solve business and analytical problems using complex quantitative approaches
  • Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret complex data
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA
  • Strong ability to query databases and utilize statistical or analytics software (i.e., SQL, R, Python, Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Strong communication skills and professional business acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross functionally with business partners
  • Able to travel approximately 5% including unit visits and regional summits
