Job Description Summary

National Sales Manager, Industrial Climate Control

Sunbelt's National Sales Manager, ICC is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.

National Sales Manager, ICC is empowered to be a key driver for Power & HVAC to hold sustained dominant market share in target Industrial & Heavy Commercial market segments. Extensive overnight travel required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader within our safety culture
  • Support Sunbelt Power & HVAC industrial go-to-market strategies (GTMS)
  • Manage SCR's directly (this is a team of 12 to 20 Strategic Customer Reps). Connect their activities deliberately and closely with each of our Profit Centers (PC's), Regional Sales Managers (RSM's) and Regional Managers (RM's).
  • Align the SCRs' assigned accounts with appropriate focus on target customers
  • Add value by providing technical solutions within power, compressed air and HVAC solutions
  • Engage the SCR team and our Power & HVAC business (in agreed target markets*) with a unified approach to Industrial market segments, including, but not limited to IIR PEC: Project alerts; Target segments and plants; 18-month rolling forward Shutdown / Turnaround / Outage calendars.
  • Within our SCR managed and our overall Power & HVAC business, produce platform of highly professional quoting practices, and line-of-sight to pipelines with each Power & HVAC and Climate Control region
  • Responsible for oversight and be a driver for Industrial segments rate reviews for Power & HVAC, which includes: building rate matrices for suggested rental rates guide (Power & HVAC and Climate Control Cat-Classes) based on potential customer volume and market segments. This will support consistent bid and quote responses and may be regionally adjusted. Uses resources such as rate analytics, for highest impact for RFQ, RFP and MSA reviews and submissions.
  • Target impact customers in each market segment for specific Power & HVAC GTMS. This will additionally include becoming a stakeholder, to collaborate with our Sunbelt Industrial Services team and others.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years of successful technical sales team leadership, directly within Industrial and Heavy Commercial market segments
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Skilled in impactful virtual meetings and sales presentations.
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history
  • Hold all appropriate Safety, Health and Environmental cards / approvals as required by Sunbelt and industrial customers. Have (at minimum) OSHA-10 card
  • Engineering degree and/or equivalent generator, compressed air and HVAC systems experience.
  • Up to 75% travel

Base Pay Range: $87,885.85 - 148,729.90
