What You'll Do

    Manage a small book of business comprised of small to mid-market clients
  • Maintain and be responsible for expiration of list of policies assigned
  • Market renewal policies or assist Client Executive/Client Manager with marketing
  • Provide Broker with renewal proposals, provide summaries, and client check lists for presentation to clients on accounts assigned to them
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of Certificates of Insurance
  • Process and suspense cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
  • Responsible for accuracy of work delegated to Client Analyst
  • Check policies, endorsements and audits for accuracy and relevance
  • Handle or refer insureds' and underwriters' questions or requests
  • Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations, and other appropriate transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts
  • Be an active responsible team member, conducting yourself in a professional, respectful manner to all clients, carriers, and staff
  • Pursue a program for personal and professional development


You Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of commercial lines insurance experience required
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Willing and able to obtain P&C license within first 3 months of hire
  • Must have agency management system experience such as EPIC or other comparable system
  • Client-facing experience within the commercial lines insurance industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize, and work independently
  • Ability to wear many hats and transition from one responsibility to another in a positive and energetic manner
