Telecommunications Analyst - Cherry Hill (Full-Time / Days)

Working hours: Monday - Friday (Core Business Hours), with rotational on-call required.

The Radio Frequency (RF) Systems Analyst performs management and maintenance support of RF communication systems at Providence / Swedish facilities. The ideal person will provide in-person and virtual customer support to internal caregivers through technology and direct interaction. Will work with external vendors to manage the technology and applications that support patient care.

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or IT, or related industry Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, or deploying radios, repeaters, and telephone interconnects.
  • Demonstrated experience with RF spectrum usage related to over the air and CATV usage.
  • Demonstrated experience and experience with structured cabling, coaxial, antenna and passives.
  • Experience with of RF Optical transmitters and nodes.
  • Demonstrated experience with VoIP and Telephony technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair of TV systems including off-air reception, satellite reception, cable providers, headends, encoding/encryption, and distribution systems.
  • Experience in deploying new communications systems or retrofitting.
  • Project management experience in large, complex healthcare environments with distributed systems.


Preferred qualification:



  • Preferred upon hire: IT related certifications and/or Low Voltage license
