Overview

The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment. The Starbucks Barista adheres to Starbuck's guiding Principles as well as Hard Rocks Amplified Service Standards.



Responsibilities

    Anticipate guest and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and guest cues.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods.
  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards.
  • Deliver legendary customer service to all guest by acting with the guest always comes first attitude and connecting with the guest.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean environment for the guests.
  • Follow all Cash handling policies as outline in the Cash handling Policy and Procedures.
  • Responsible for quality, consistency, and presentation of all products in the store.
  • Ensures prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Minimum High School Diploma/or GED education.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Follow all Hard Rock Policy and Procedures.
  • Maintain Regular and Punctual attendance.
  • Available to work any shift.
  • Perform different task throughout the shift as directed by supervisor/ Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
