Consumables Assembler

The Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions Analytical Instruments product line business has an opportunity for Consumables Assemblers located in Boulder, CO. The person in this role will perform a variety of production tasks in a manufacturing laboratory setting, including preparation of chemical lab materials to assembling of final product with the use of semi-automatic filling machines and manual assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical production assembly work of high complexity and work within very close tolerances
• Follow a quality-based sampling plan defined by a daily production schedule while maintaining production functions
• Ensure that all related directions and documentation are accurate by reviewing quality documents, BOMs, quality checklists, and other related documentation
• Work from quality control documents, and/or verbal and written instructions, with minimum supervision
• Retrieve material to ensure that stock items are available for production following material flow documentation across the production floor

Core Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

Other Useful Skills and Abilities:

• Manufacturing work experience
• Comfortable working with chemically aggressive fluids, such as acids and bases
• Ability to organize and prioritize work activities and to follow established work schedules
• Ability to be flexible and respond appropriately to workload changes
• Computer lteracy to be able to operate computer systems utilized in collecting data, access the business system, and making labels
• Strong attention to detail
