Description
GAI is seeking a Project Engineer in Training (EIT transmission line engineer) to join our Power Delivery team. Required skills include critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, team focus, and eagerness to apply learned engineering principles to solve real-life problems. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience and knowledge in PLS-CADD (Power Line Systems - Computer Aided Design and Draft) are eligible for remote work. Candidates without PLS-CADD knowledge need to be based at any GAI office on-site or on a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will be eligible for a GAI sign-on bonus if applying without the use of an outside recruiting agency. The Project EIT is responsible for assisting a team of engineers and project managers with transmission line designs. This individual should be technically focused and a strong leader with developed technical, communication, and computer skills. Job Responsibilities:
