Duties and Responsibilities

Operator works at the current level which has been determined by the training manager. Knows and understands machine start-up and shut-down procedures. Understands and uses gages and measuring instruments. Knows and understands different cutting tool terminology. Reads and interprets blueprints and sketches. Ability to understand written and oral technical instructions.
