Coordinate logistics for the NUSA Culinary Team based in the Solon Ohio campus with responsibilities in Arlington Virginia and off campus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provides work calendar coordination and planning that supports the chefs in all activities

* Liaison with external influencers and NUSA Brands

* Procures all raw materials needed for Solon Innovation Center and other locations

* Organizing and execute culinary team panel sessions, product tastings and special events

* Manage team printing needs, packaging and marketing materials

* Influence team travel planning and event logistics

* Support all shopping and supply, equipment and ingredient need

* Manage utility team, catering team including scheduling and billing

* Coordinate and manage team billing

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Knowledge):

* High School Diploma

* 5 years' experience in kitchen/cafeteria and other relevant areas

* Sanitation knowledge in food handling

* Be available to travel up to 40%
