Production Test Technician

Responsibilities:

• Performing Fortinet product inspection including RMA returned and Eval returned units.
• Based on working instruction to complete jobs.
• Need assembling/disassembling systems for working purpose.
• Upgrading or downgrading software or firmware per instructions.
• Modifying test scripts per specifications changes.
• Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and may recommend solutions to technical problems.

• Summarizing testing reports and problems finding in writing.
• Help other teams as needed.

Qualification:

• Experience in testing or warehouse management.
• Hands on experience with soldering techniques (changing components on PCB board) as a plus.
• Motivated and assertive in learning and taking ownership of projects
• Experience/Knowledge with scripting ( Python/TCL/ Perl / Shell / PHP ) and database is a plus
• Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science or related field , new graduate with AA /Bachelor's degree also consider
• Be able to lift 50 lbs

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $25-35 per hour. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
