Core Functions:

  • Administer compensation program including job evaluation/classification and salary administration. Makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure that program is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor the overall competitiveness and optimal performance of pay programs through surveys, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Completes compensation projects including annual market review and wage adjustments, job pricing, revision of pay practices, etc.

    Background/Expertise:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related subject, or Bachelor's degree in any field, with equivalent related experience.
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Experience in designing and implementing major compensation system changes preferred.
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) coursework preferred.
    • PHR, SPHR, and/or CCP preferred.
