For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: JOB SUMMARY The Senior Analyst, Strategy and Analytics, Compass One at Amazon - Central Leadership Team (CLT) position is focused on developing the delivery and implementation of analytics for one of Compass Group's largest clients. In this role, you will act as an internal senior consultant and analyze data to uncover opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and recommend strategic solutions. This role will often work on multiple projects at once and take part in scoping projects, running analyses, and presenting findings. To be successful in this role, you will need to take a proactive approach to delivering value to Compass and the client. This role is a hybrid role with up to three days in office, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics for Amazon CLT, and work alongside other analytics professionals, CLT Leaders, operators, culinarians, marketing, and finance team members to help set strategy and make evidenced-based adjustments using data. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and profit through data-driven analyses Developing KPIs and benchmarking methods to assess the effectiveness/ROI of strategic initiatives Completing ad hoc analyses that provide key insights and potential action items Partnering with E15's Data Science team to develop and deploy propriety products Cultivating strong stakeholder relationships with Compass executives, sector leadership, and clients that foster effective cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field At least 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role Skilled in professional, white paper style communications, including PPT and Microsoft Word Professional knowledge or experience of the following desired (but not required) SQL (strongly preferred) Data visualization (Tableau and/or Power BI preferred) Expertise in Excel modeling and financial business modeling (strongly preferred) Experience using data and storytelling to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine reports Ability to work independently once given project requirements and expectations Great work ethic with a keen sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change Apply to E15 today!
