Document Specialist Does working with minimal supervision excite you? Do you love tracking, labeling, and shipping products to customers? Join our Quality Team The Document Specialist will need to be highly meticulous and organized for the position of documentation. Will be working closely with the engineering teams and outlining a long-term storage strategy, working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practices across the company. Partner with the best As a Document Specialist, you will work under minimal supervision, and support the engineering and quality teams in the creation of installation, operating and maintenance manual and electrical device lists for all gearbox product lines. You will work closely with the engineering team to disseminate technical data used in the manuals. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for: Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use Working with colleagues to ensure consistency Ensuring documentation integrity Utilizing Adobe Acrobat to create documentations Packaging, and sorting of gearboxes Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will require: High school diploma or equivalent, and/or Associates degree preferred 1+ years' experience in related line of work Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Organizational skills Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work to standards with minimal supervision Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
