Senior Consultant

Job Description

• Collaborates with business stakeholders and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Hosts discussions to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Analyzes, elicits and documents business and IT requirements and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency and conformity to standards.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Works with the upstream, downstream and other systems to ensure requirements are clearly understood and any dependencies are highlighted.
• Collaborates with the development & testing teams to answer any questions that the IT team has and to ensure smooth implementation of requirements.
