Position: 2nd shift Assembler (ETO - Engineered to order Assembly) Electrical
Location: Hartland, WI
Minimum Wage: $20-$24
Hours: Monday -Friday 2:00 PM-12:30 AM
Our facility is quiet, clean, and temperature-controlled.
Position Overview: The Assembler or ETO (Engineered to Order Assembly) will work with a great team to assemble industrial conveyors. It is important that this candidate be able to read and build from blue prints and electrical schematics. Candidate must have a good understanding of electrical assembly, have experience in panel building or electrical machine wiring with conduit and wire ways. This person must have the ability to trouble shoot electrical and mechanical issues
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build custom conveyors from start to finish.
- Fast-paced.
- Good communication ability, this role will interact with Engineers and Sales.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
- Frequent use of micrometer, calipers, tape measure, squares.
- Basic measurement and math skills.
- Mechanical aptitude, solid blueprint reading skills.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is preferred.
- Desire to build a long-lasting, fulfilling career.
- Ability to work with a diverse team of employees.
