Industrial Organizational Psychologist

Key Role:

Focus on competency modeling efforts in support of the client's recruitment and hiring center. Work as part of a team by performing job analyses to identify and validate competencies for selection and develop approaches that will allow hiring managers to efficiently assess applicants' qualifications for a variety of occupations. Perform work must in alignment with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (UGESP) to ensure fair and valid selection practices that comply with federal law. Use excellent written and verbal communication expertise to engage and coordinate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and project partners.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with working in a professional environment

-Experience with working in fast-paced and dynamic team environments

-Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions

-Experience in working independently with minimal supervision, as needed

-Knowledge of key industry best practices

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities concurrently

-Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex business topics

-Ability to articulate a future state vision for change, associated pros and cons, and a transition roadmap

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Master's degree in Psychology orIndustrial OrganizationalPsychology

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
