We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager Waterfall Method - Healthcare Domain - REMOTE to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island (US-RI), United States (US).

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget. Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
  • Budget management, forecasting, variance tracking and ensuring project budget always within the baseline.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Resource planning and allocation with minimum to no variance.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as and when needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MS Project Plan while using Waterfall Method
  • 5+ years' experience in IT Project Management and related requirements management
  • 5+ years experience of working with multiple vendors and stakeholders while managing projects
  • 3+ years of Healthcare Domain experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation) with strong presentation and facilitation skills at all levels in the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities with minimal direction.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, conduct, and direct research into issues, and take the initiative in the development and completion of projects.
  • Prior experience working with international clients and ensuring availability per different time zones.Knowledge of Project Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Software Development Integration and delivery practices using waterfall methodologies
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and Cloud Implementation
  • Healthcare Industry/Healthcare Payer or Healthcare verticals experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Member Enrolment and Eligibility, Provider, Claims processing, etc

INDHCLSMC

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $74,100 - 171,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
