What You'll Do

  • Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Geotechnical staff within a branch
  • Responsibilities include performing the following at the office level:
    • Overseeing projects
    • Performing technical report reviews
    • Preparing and reviewing proposals
    • Assisting with management of the department and P&L
    • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
    • Due to low barriers between departments, duties may also include performing the tasks above in CMT
  • Responsibilities may include work at a regional level
  • Responsibilities also include leading and coaching junior Geotechnical staff members

What We're Looking For

  • BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geology
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Professional Geologist (PG) license
  • Candidates must have achieved previous designation as Principal at ECS or hold similar designation from competitor firm
