CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and PeterPiper restaurants, is seeking a Payroll Support Sr. Specialist to join our team. This position is known internally as Specialist II, based at ourCorporate Support Center in Irving, TX, and will report directly to the Payroll and Accounts Payable
Manager.

Essential Functions of the Position:

* Assist with processing weekly payroll for Peter Piper Pizza and Chuck E Cheese's U.S. and Canadalocations.

* Monitor Workday Inbox for terminations. Process accurate and timely Final Pay in accordancewith state requirements.

* Review vacation balance's for terminated employees and pay balances in accordance with CECpolicy and state requirements.

* Assist with verifying manual payments. Prepare check packages for distribution.

* Maintain excellent customer service with stores and employees. Provide timely communicationand answers to inquiries.

* Send letters to employees for unclaimed/returned checks.

* Handle all W-2 related calls at year-end.

* Perform other duties and work on special projects as directed by the immediate supervisor orother members of our Support Center Management Team.

* Review and research list of payroll checks to be escheated. Assist with accounting researchwhen needed.

* Manage the Wisely pay card program, including card inventory, invalid registrations, rejectedfunds and card enrollments. Assist employees with pay card issues.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years multi-state, large employer payroll experience required
* Workday payroll experience preferred. CPP or FPC a plus
* Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Motivated self-starter who can work independently, prioritize, and manage time to accomplishobjectives within tight deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend,twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 - 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with therepetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with someovertime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating avehicle if needed.
