Sr. Administrative Coordinator We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator for the Office of Research will join a growing team of high-level professionals who provide dedicated support to the Bloomberg Distinguished Professors (BDPs) program. This position will be part of a new phase of the program called BDP Clusters. In particular, you will support 1-2 clusters, each composed of multiple BDPs and junior faculty, focused on expanding a strategic area of interdisciplinary research to position Johns Hopkins to make meaningful discoveries. Reporting to the BCAT Manager, the primary role of this position is to ensure smooth operation of the Clusters by administratively supporting the needs of a brand-new team of highly productive faculty. Given the very public nature of the BDP program and its importance to University leadership, this position requires a motivated professional with strong interest and expertise in administrative support functions. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, independent, responsive and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Someone who is inquisitive and would enjoy finding synergies between the BDPs to foster strong collaborations would contribute immensely in this role. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
