200458819 Apple is currently looking for a Content Design Resource Manager who will primarily be responsible for managing new and existing Sports content on the TV App. This role will also involve overseeing production and resource planning for various aspects of the TV App, including editorial, product, and TV+. We are seeking a Content Design Producer focused on Resources and Operations to join the Product, Design, and Marketing team. They will serve as a partner to each functional lead to manage staffing and suitable resources across projects, balance workloads and resolve resource challenges across a large group of creatives, design creative resources, producers, and production staff. We're a team that is passionate about making the complex digestible. This role is for a curious and dynamic leader who loves people and processes.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a resource or project management role within a creative or marketing organization; preferably at least 10 years
- At least 3 years directly as a resource manager or serving in a resource management function
- Experience using a project resourcing system and have evangelized use of it among business partners
- Deep understanding of various creative org functions - creative, design, production - and roles within each function - AD, CW, Motion Designer, Designer, Digital, and Integrated Producers
- Solid knowledge of digital processes and the creative process - particularly in areas such as design, conceptual advertising, and interactive
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment and able to understand complex project requirements, briefs, and recognize potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing
- Curious, flexible problem-solver. Also fair, kind, collaborative and a trusted individual with confidential and sensitive information
- Possess extraordinary communication and social skills with a high level of perseverance, tact and fortitude in a fast-moving environment

Description Develop strong relationships with department members while collaborating closely with functional and operations leaders as well as key vendors. Conduct weekly check-ins with key team members to optimize project assignments, address any talent under-utilization, and resolve resource gaps. Match individual contributors' skills with their career aspirations, assigning them to suitable projects. Effectively distribute workloads among internal teams, freelancers, and agency/vendor partners. Assist partners in quarterly and annual planning by forecasting future hiring and freelance requirements based on provided roadmaps. Facilitate resource sharing discussions among functional leads and operations leads. Oversee all freelance needs and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, both full-time, vendors, and freelancers. Continuously refine resource management tools, systems, and templates to enhance process efficiency and workflow standardization.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $106,500 and $201,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
