Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Manager position will manage furniture, document control and small to medium sized interior and exterior projects with work spent limit of up to $2 Million per project. As a member of the Facilities team, the Project Manager will report to the Director, Facilities. This position interfaces with internal customers, various departments, permit agencies, designers, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers as a normal function of delivering a project. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high quality, properly functioning spaces at pre-approved budgets in compliance with College Policies and Procedures and governing agency building codes, while building and retaining solid contractor and supplier base to perform upcoming projects. Pay Grade: Classified 14 Salary Factor 120-Hiring Range: $ 75,000.00 - 83,000.00 Competitive starting salaries are dependent on education and experience.
