Job Summary/Basic Function
The primary responsibility of this part-time, temporary position is to provide assistance to students in science courses at both main and west campuses. The position will include a significant amount of virtual work, so candidates should be comfortable working remotely as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (or at least two years of completed college coursework) with significant focus in chemistry or a related field
- At least two years of experience in tutoring, mentoring, group facilitation, or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be committed to student retention and success and display exceptional interpersonal and team-working skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's in chemistry or related field
- Preference given to applicants with a strong background in chemistry

Hours Worked Per Week 15-20
Work Schedule This position will work 15- 20 hours per week based on student demand. This role may have significant remote work, based on student needs.
