Junior Data Operations Specialist

Location: US Remote, Dallas, TX preferred

Employee Level: Individual Contributor

What you'll need:

  • 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis including ETL and data warehousing
  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Excellent SQL skills required for both troubleshooting, optimizing and providing support of the Data warehouse/BI environment, ELT and ETL
  • Agile development practices
  • Working within an SDLC
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Cloud Data warehouse is a plus
  • Familiarity with R/Python is a plus

What you'll do:

  • Research and resolve data analytics questions from internal teams (e.g. Business Intelligence, Sales) and external customers (e.g. onboarding, data related issues)
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity of daily reporting and automation
  • Work with engineering to create automated performance monitoring and reporting
  • Test, deploy and maintain data integrations, ETL processes, within our environments
  • Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly with some support and guidance
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Work in an Agile team environment
