Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional team, you will help utilities and program administrators develop and understand their clean energy, decarbonization, and energy equity programs. You will assist with primary and secondary research and analysis tasks to identify trends and understand the relationships between program design, implementation, and outcomes. You will distill and synthesize your research findings and interpret the results to draw meaningful conclusions and produce actionable recommendations. You will present your research, conclusions, and recommendations in succinct and visually compelling reports and client presentations.



Qualifications

    Cadmus is looking for upcoming or recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree (Preferred Graduation in 2022 or 2023).
  • Desire to be a consultant and develop innovative solutions to client problems; committed to curiosity, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated interest in energy efficiency, demand response, clean energy, beneficial electrification, or sustainability planning
  • Experience conducting qualitative or quantitative market research, including secondary research and data analysis, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and/or literature reviews.
  • Experience in policy research, financial or economic analysis, and/or stakeholder engagement

Additional Information:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.

The estimated starting salary for this position is $52,000.00. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
