Widener University is currently seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Campus Safety Lieutenant located in Chester, PA. This position operates outdoors and averages 40 hours a week, 10 hours a day, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This position reports to the Associate Director of Campus Safety Operations, and also provides supervision of all shift personnel assigned to their shift including, but not limited to, Campus Safety Officers, Corporals/ Dispatchers, Sergeants, van and shuttle drivers and student employees of the Office of Campus Safety. This position also provides support to visitors, students, and staff on the Widener University campus. COMPENSATION: Starting Shift Pay Rate - $22.48 per hour Sign-On Bonus - All new hires who remain in good standing and successfully complete the training program become eligible to receive a one-time stipend of $500.00 after 3 months of employment. All new hires who are in good standing and successfully completed the training program, become eligible to receive another one-time stipend after 6 months of employment of $1,000.00.
