Intercompany Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a Intercompany Accounting Analyst at our Racine, WI location (hybrid).

Annual compensation range is $62,000-$90,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).

Provide accounting support including analysis and corresponding reconciliations and reporting of intercompany activity, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal and SOX controls. Maintain complete standard operating procedures
• Provide accounting activities involving the intercompany partners including related party services recharges, royalties, sundry invoicing, payable and receivable balances detail review
• Support efforts to improve and harmonize processes and controls within the intercompany team, including tools such as Blackline and QlikSense.
• Prepare and review KPI's and dashboards for reporting on the related areas, driving changes as needed to achieve goals
• Support system projects involving Blackline, SAP, eNERgy, and other related systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years accounting experience in related roles, demonstrating strong analytical and accounting skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel experience
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive collaboration with cross functional teams.

Preferred:

• CPA
• SAP experience
• BlackLine experience
