AllHealth Network is growing! We are seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our Castle Rock Early Childhood Outpatient Team in the FULL-TIME position of Therapist to provide group, family, and individual counseling. This clinician will be providing services that include group, individual, play, and family therapy. The team in Castle Rock are skilled Master's level and licensed clinicians who specialize in providing evidence-based treatment that is proven successful. In addition, our team includes behavioral health medical providers and RNs who provide psychiatric assessments and medication appointments.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an Therapist to work with clients in our early childhood program. This person will have a well-rounded background and experience with different modalities while providing individual and group therapy.

  • Build trusting relationships with clients, their families, and the internal team
  • Promote a positive culture of learning and development, quality improvement, and standardized documentation among all staff
  • Utilize Trauma Systems Therapy to build resiliency due to complex systems clients have been in
  • Utilize strengths-based language when working with clients and promote an optimistic future for clients and their families



Unlicensed Salary: $50,000 - $57,000

Licensed Salary: $58,000 - $65,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
