This Opportunity

The Strategic Demand Generation team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on administrative tasks to support a variety of efforts to maximize the impact of our sales and operations teams. In this role, you will learn about the various clinical and commercial services provided by Syneos Health and the diverse companies we target as potential customers.

What you'll do

Working across multiple sub-teams within one function, you may be asked to:



  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders for maximizing conference meeting impact
  • Generate targeted marketing content for use in outreach
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to help organize and expedite the efforts of the Strategic Demand Generation teams
  • Help create new ways to minimize duplication of efforts and realize full value of materials already developed
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and commitment to developing in-depth knowledge of Syneos Health capabilities and areas of expertise across the company, and to communicating our differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Work on enhancing the reach and impact of a variety of sales enablement tools
  • Help in the design and delivery of key internal customer engagement channels to enhance our holistic learning environment
  • Refine and maintain a variety of content used with a broad range of go to market teams
  • Through targeted research of the market and industry, assist in developing customer-focused content for our go to market teams


Your skills & expertise



  • Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Life Sciences, or similar
  • Past internship experience, project experience, or coursework in development of engaging content, customer outreach, sales, or marketing experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Curious, creative mindset with comfort and ability to ask questions and seek answers as needed
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
