SYSTEMS LEAD TECHNICIAN

Job Title: HVAC Control Systems Lead Technician/ Site Supervisor -

Our Employee-Owned Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Control Systems Installation Lead Technician/ Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC control systems for commercial and industrial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installation work is performed to the highest standards and in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Wage range is between $24/Hr to $35/Hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support and promote the goal of achieving zero accidents.
• Supervise a team of HVAC control systems installers and ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure that all installation work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure that all installation work complies with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that all installation work meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Keep detailed records of all installation work and maintain an accurate inventory of materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation and perform repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC control systems installation, with experience supervising a team of installers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC control systems installation.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of workers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
