Clinical Psychologist Psychiatry Full Time 72023BR Job Summary The Psychologist II position is within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California San Francisco. The incumbent will work with an early psychosis mental health services research group on a variety of training contracts and research grants. The incumbent should be a doctoral level psychologist who is licensed in CA. The majority of the work will be conducted remotely. They will conduct diagnostic and neuropsychological research assessments and provide written reports of assessment findings. They will provide assessment training and consultation to research staff and community-based clinicians working within a Coordinated Specialty Care treatment model for early psychosis. The incumbent may provide individual, group and/or family assessment and psychotherapy to early psychosis patients, either on site or through telehealth and provide oversight of research assessments performed by psychology postdoctoral fellows. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate AND the current salary level of individuals working at UCSF in a similar role. For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
