Job Details WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site - Setup of Carpet Guard/Ram Board/Tarps or other protective materials inside home - Practice safe and efficient demolition in order to minimally impact interior/exterior finish work of home - Preparation of windows/doors and existing openings such as taping, final caulking and final cleaning - Exterior/Interior finish trim work on all products - Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by practicing safe working habits and wearing appropriate PPE - Proper Plumbing/Leveling/Shimming of Window/Door units - Full installation of Window/door unit when assigned by Lead Installer - Perform walkthrough with customers, providing clarity with product knowledge prior to the installation - Proper final walkthrough with homeowner explaining product, warranties and operation - Working in winter weather (including snow) WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON - At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred - At least 1 year of experience working in construction, trade, window installation, or similar experience with a proven track record of superior workmanship required - Ability to complete Path to Lead Capstone Performance of Skillsets - Ability to lift up to 150 lbs - Frequent work performed while standing - Must be able to lift, bend, climb and stand often while carrying weight - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Valid US driver's license required - Willingness to learn new skills WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU | THE BENEFITS - Average annual pay ranges from $$50,000 - $65,000 - Medical Insurance - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Health Savings Account (HSA) - Telehealth: 24/7 access to physicians - Alight-Personal Health Advocate - Prescription drug Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance / AD&D $50,000 Paid Coverage - Additional Voluntary Employee & Spousal life insurance - Short-term disability Insurance (STD) - Long-term disability Insurance (LTD) - Parental Leave - Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance - Voluntary Accident Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Paid Volunteer Time - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Tuition Reimbursement Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen received EIGHT Top Workplace Awards in 2022 for Compensation & Benefits - Work-Life Flexibility - Purpose & Values - Leadership - Innovation - Professional Development - Employee Appreciation - Employee Well-Being.
