Spanish Bilingual Call Center Agent - Stillwater

Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors.
A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool.
This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology
Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant.
Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments.
Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls.
Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome.
Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers
Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and every other weekend.
Ability to work in the Stillwater office for initial training and orientation period (estimated to be 6 weeks) and, as needed, in the future.
Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
High-speed Internet at 25 Mbps or higher (to connect to Renewal's call center technology when remote)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour (64% base pay / 36% incentive)
On average, our Agents make up to $24/hr with base pay + commission.

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
