Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Bindery Equipment Operator, to join our team in Las Vegas, NV!

Your Responsibilities:

• Operates equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production not requiring highly specialized training or certifications

• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups

• At higher levels may include equipment with multiple inline processes

• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines

• Reads and interprets work orders

• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.

Your Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10pm

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances

• High degree of math skills and attention to detail

• High degree of mechanical ability

• Good reading ability

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Folder/Gluer/Bindery Operator - familiarity with Cutters or Stitchers

• Must have ability to work with very close tolerances

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members

• High degree of analytical skills

• Good color discernment
