Are you ready to join DaVita's dynamic Compliance team? We thrive on the challenge of navigating the ever-changing healthcare regulatory landscape. As a Manager, you'll drive the development of innovative risk mitigation strategies and take on a pivotal role as the leader of DaVita's cutting-edge Anti-Kickback Statute monitoring program. You'll lead a dedicated team of two direct reports and serve as the go-to expert in this critical area. You will have the opportunity to provide invaluable strategic guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders, including operational teams, accounting professionals, legal counsel, and compliance specialists throughout DaVita. With your subject matter expertise and strong leadership skills, you will foster collaboration and promote a culture of compliance excellence throughout the organization. DaVita's Compliance team, "Team Quest" identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape. As a Manager, you will join and lead a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing compliance oversight. You will be responsible for leading the Company's Anti-Kickback Statute monitoring program in partnership with two direct reports. You will serve as a subject matter specialist, providing direct and indirect strategic guidance to your team, operational stakeholders, accounting teams, legal counsel, and compliance professionals across DaVita. Salary/ Wage Range $75,200.00-$110,400.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
