Human Resources Intern (Remote)

Summer internship: 40 hours per week.

Hourly wage: $18/hr.

As an Intern for our People & Culture (HR) team, you will learn and assist all functions of the department: Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Organizational Development.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with onboarding paperwork and process
• Presenting to small groups of colleagues
• Supporting the department with research and other administrative tasks
• Identifying volunteer opportunities for employees in multiple states
• Research and learn labor laws and standard HR practices
• Complete ESG reporting as needed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other appliable programs
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment balancing diverse priorities.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new responsibilities and changes when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
