This is a Paint Operatorposition with WM Technologies,LLC which sells Weil-McLain branded products. Weil-McLain is a leading North American Brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial and institutional buildings since 1881

$2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift

The position requires personnel to hang, remove, insulate and pack parts. Additional requirements are cleaning of the paint room, paint booths, and hangars.

Position Responsibilities:



  1. Hang, remove, insulate and pack parts.
  2. Clean paint room, paint booths, and hangars.
  3. Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  4. Stacks and arranges products and packed containers into crates, boxes, and cartons.
  5. Perform First Piece inspection as needed.
  6. Clean equipment, tools and gauges to ensure they are safe and orderly at all times
  7. Work on other Fabrication and paint equipment as needed.



The most qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:



  • Must be able to understand and follow standardized work instructions.
  • Must be able to identify differences in standardized work instructions and inconsistencies in parts and be willing to stop the line.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to use Air Tools.
  • Must have excellent attendance record.
