Compensation Salary Range: $47.55 - $75.09 / hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. If you are viewing this posting on a job site, please visit our company page and search for the opportunity to view the pay range: https://careers-mycmh.icims.com/jobs Responsibilities Quality Coordinator - One (1) Full-Time Position Position Overview: The Clinical Quality Coordinator works in collaboration with the Director, Quality and other hospital and medical staff to promote positive clinical outcomes, quality metrics and regulatory/accreditation survey outcomes. Participates on key committees to represent and lead quality and performance improvement activities. The Clinical Quality Coordinator supports the medical staff peer review process. Serves as a Lead ISO Auditor. Promotes continual readiness for accrediting and regulatory surveys. Works closely with Senior Management, Medical Directors, Medical Staff Leaders, Department Directors and Managers, as well as, front line staff. The Clinical Quality Coordinator will be a liaison to external reporting groups, such as CMS. Independent work, minimal supervision. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or a Healthcare-related field
