Sr. Director, SOM Business Analytics Reporting dually to the School of Medicine (SOM) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Executive Director of the SOM Financial Transformation Program, we are seeking a Sr. Director of SOM Business Analytics who is a core member of the SOM leadership team and provides business process and analytics leadership related to financial forecasting, funds flow, workforce planning, and the general financial and operational reporting needs of the SOM. This role leads the creation of financial reports, dashboards and other analyses that aid the multi-year financial planning of the SOM. The candidate should have strong financial experience in academic medical centers similar to Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Health System. The Senior Director will also work closely with Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Health System finance and data analytics counterparts. The Senior Director will help design positions and recruit for an analytics and decision support team. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
