Online Learning Manager

The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) has a long history of providing high quality face to face professional development for educators which includes a commitment to a culture of learning and a community of care. CES is looking to develop a robust catalog of online courses (both synchronous and asynchronous) that matches the quality of our face to face content and Social Justice and Equity commitment (please see vision statement below). We are looking for an individual who can lead this ambitious new program. Under the direction of the Director of Professional Services, this individual, with a conscious awareness of the biases that impact BIPOC, English Language Learners and those with learning disabilities in online environments, will manage online course development, perform market research to help determine the correct mix of offerings for our target audience, work with subject matter experts to gather needed content and, in an inclusive manner with an instructional designer and video and graphic media specialist will bring the courses to life.

This position will have accountability for providing program management and leadership in developing and delivering the educational content for asynchronous and synchronous courses in accordance with the CES vision as stated below:
