The Learning and Organization Effectiveness group is hiring a Creative Director. As a Creative Director, you are committed to understanding clients' challenges and immersing yourself into learners' day-to-day realities. You translate information into visionary concepts, casting the direction for creative strategy designed to bring training solutions to life. You empower a network of creative resources to execute on your vision -- and partner with internal team members to strengthen the creative vision for the Live & Virtual Learning workstream. Roles and Responsibilities: General
- Design & develop workstream marketing, case studies, & products
- Build & nurture creative network (manage new and current vendor relationships)
- Collect & share best practices & process improvements across workstream
Pre-Sale Support
- Support RFPs, proposal, pitches, & client presentations
- Brainstorm unique, out-of-the-box solutions to solve client's business issues
- Provide clear art direction/graphic design
- Partner with Learning Strategist and Workstream Director to gather project requirements to enable creative team to succeed
Project Design
- Provide detailed learning solution strategy & design with solid concept rationale
- Prepare for & partner with team to lead internal Definition Sessions and Client Design Sessions
- Design concepts for unique solution offerings including Challenges, Immersive Experiences, Workshop Activities, & much more!
- Prepare creative briefs and oversee the work of other resources as needed
Project Development
- Provide strategic leadership for all visual elements of learning & engagement campaigns
- Design learning elements to meet client objectives, directing and mentoring contract resources as needed
- Partner with Instructional Designers and Writers to develop strong graphic and creative approach to content delivery
- Consult with team on elevating technology experience and ensure mirror creative strategy of project
Project Delivery
- Provide onsite support as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- An exciting portfolio to showcase your abilities and previous campaigns, especially in live marketing, learning, or meeting production.
- Strong conceptual, brainstorming, problem solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Passionate about discovering new and effective learning and engagement tactics.
- Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects, prioritize and direct work.
- Attention to detail in design and content management.
- Execute higher-end visual design, animation, and video.
- Understand and implement client brand standards and strategy.
Education/Experience Required:
- BA in Art, Design, or similar field, preferred
- Proven leadership, training, and mentoring skills
- 8+ years industry experience
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 (salary offered will be based on previous experience, skills, and geographic location). In addition, we offer a bonus with a cap at $20,000.
