Pay Range: $33,000-$47,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):



  • Process orders provided by customers and submit by established cutoff times at Plants/DC.
  • Order entry and fulfillment knowledge and understanding across all ERP systems (AX).
  • Learning various tasks for all OEM customers to help with overflow and backup work when necessary.
  • Responsible for keeping documentation accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with Plants/DCs to address inventory, fulfillment and shipping issues.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems related to order fulfillment, accounting and other customer requests.
  • Proactively notify customers of processing errors, updates on corrected issues and any potential issues that may occur.
  • Analyze reports and take action to prevent or minimize impact of order fulfillment failures.
  • Requires proactive approach and strong follow-through.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):



  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
